Question: How is it high quality? 

Answer: Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing is used. That means we can create photo quality prints,  Kornit and Brother printers are used for all DTG printed garments. 

 

Question: Where are the products manufactured? 

Answer: The Headquarters is located at 814 Mission St, San Francisco, USA. Our manufacturers are an international renowned company located in US, Europe, and Mexico.

 

Question: Where is the store located?

Answer: HempMandu is located in Newcastle,Cameron Park , Australia. 

 

 Shipping/Packing/Fulfilment 

 

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Unfortunately once payment is submitted you are not able to cancel the order although if the product is not to your standard you are able to return the product free of change. 

 

Question: How long is delivery?  

Answer: Fulfilment: Standard fulfilment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable.  Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. 

Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service.


Question: Can i have my product deliver to work address?

Answer: We can deliver to your work address if this is more convenient for you. Orders are delivered between 7am - 9pm, so you'll need to make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as HempMandu doesn't ship to these destinations.

 Terms/Policies/Returns 


Question: Can I exchange my order?

Answer: We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

 

Question: What is the return policy?

Answer:  As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, so long as they are not dirty or damaged. 

 

Question: How do i report a problem with my order? 

Answer: Customers can contact us through the contact us page or through any of our social media channels. 

 

Question: What if my order is lost in an email? 

Answer: Contact us about the email and we will send you a new email through: 

 

Question: How long do i have to submit a claim for a return or exchange?  

Answer: If you return an item within 28 days of it being delivered to you, or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.


If you return an item within 29 and 45 days of it being delivered to you, or available for collection, we'll give you an HempMandu gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.
